March Is National Reading Month

March is National Reading Month, and I’m celebrating by hosting a book drive on behalf of my friends @ShareOurSpare! In recognition of #NationalReadingMonth, I will be collecting new and gently used books, appropriate for 0–8-year-olds, to donate to @Shareourspare. From now until March 31st, you can drop off book donations at 5331 W Addison St., Chicago, IL 60641
Another way you can show your support is by purchasing books from my online bookstore. For every book purchased, I will match it by donating an additional book to Share Our Spare! Right now, you can save 30% off on all orders over $25 and free shipping on all orders over $30. Let’s get reading!
In particular, we’re hoping to grow an inventory of books that include some or all of the following:

Highlight BIPOC and AAPI characters.

Feature content about topics of diversity and social-emotional learning.

Are written in Spanish, Arabic, French, or Ukrainian.
ShareOurSpare ensures every Chicago area child, ages 0-5, has the essential items they need to support their health and development to equip them for a strong start.
